Returning from Saudi Arabia as a leader to new Islamic Movement Abdul-Nur claims to apply "Shari'a" and establishes his own Islamic state calling his followers "Mujahedeen". The assistant of Sheikh Jamal, Malam Abdul-Nur, was a religious fanatic who thrashed young boys and stole the money of donations.
